I’m Ginger Gentile, child of high conflict divorce, director of the ERASING FAMILY documentary and coach who reunites families. I developed the REVIVE program and have reunited many families, including difficult cases.
In 2024 I decided to expand to help more families and trained four wonderful coaches. Different coaches, different perspectives, using the same REVIVE methodology means that more parents get to reunite. And we now have even more happy stories!

Our Coaching program is designed for individuals passionate about creating real, lasting change in families affected by parental alienation. By partnering with us, you’re not just sharing a proven solution - you’re becoming part of a movement to reunite 1,000 families in 2026.
What is the time commitment and schedule?
The training takes 16 weeks, all virtually. Please be ready to commit 4-8 hours a week in the training.
There will be about 2 hours a week of videos that you can watch at your own pace, some weeks have slightly more. There will also be bi-weekly live group meetings (we will find a time that all students can join) that you have to attend 75% live. You will also record training exercises by yourself and with a partner and have at least two private, personal training sessions with Ginger.
To get certified, you will need to coach one client for six sessions (we provide the client) for free and take a short test with Ginger (a practice coaching session).
If you work with Reversing Parental Alienation as a coach, you will also get regular ongoing trainings. All coaches who are certified have the right to participate in ongoing training once the program is complete.
Can I talk to someone before enrolling in the coach training program?
Of course! Once you fill out the application you will be scheduled for a group informational call, and then a follow up call with Ginger Gentile. Once you fill out the application, you can ask questions over email too.
Do I need to have taken the Roadmap course before joining the program?
The Roadmap course is required, we will provide access to all coaches in training.
Is there a cost to the program?
Like all training programs, there is a cost but we offer full to partial scholarships for parents and kids who reunited.
For professionals $5,000.
For reunited parents $2,500 OR $1,000 plus 20% royalty on all outside clients coached on topics related to divorce, alienation, estrangement.
For reunited (now adult children) $500 OR $100 plus 20% royalty on all outside clients coached coached on topics related to divorce, alienation, estrangement.

Will I be guaranteed work with the Reversing Parental Alienation organization?
The last training cohort, 20 people applied to be coaches, 6 were accepted and four completed the training. The four who completed are working with RPA today. We only work with the best, we do not guarantee placement.
We also know that some coaches will prefer to work on their own, or do a mix.
I’m not a reunited parent, I am still alienated. Can I train as a coach?
In our experience, the best way to help others is to first heal your own family. Why? Sometimes we use activism or helping others as a way to not deal with our own healing. Also, it is important for coaches to show that it works. While we don’t require that you have reunited with all of your children, you need to have a good relationship with at least one.
