FAQ
What is the time commitment?
For the REVIVE ROADMAP we suggest between 1-2 hours a week. This is to complete the video lesson that is usually less than 25 minutes, practice the meditation (about 6 minutes), and listen to the group coaching call. For the VIP or work with Ginger, 2-3 hours a week. Some parents spend more and others less! We understand there will be weeks where you will get busy, which is why you can always catch up later!
If I join the REVIVE Roadmap, can I ask questions about my situation?
Of course! You can ask questions 24 hours a day on the forum and our team of coaches will answer, plus you get responses from our supportive community. You can also ask on the weekly group coaching call. Can't make the call? Just ask on the private forum, then catch up on the missed call with one of our saved recordings that you can access at any time!
